Kanon Harem Diaries Part 4

Entry Four
The first law of harem-building states that a good harem begins in the home, and thus for today I have been concentrating on stabilising the girls already living with me, whilst also bringing Ayu to visit them. In time, I hope to house all the girls under one roof, although I realise the plot may conspire against me.

Progress Reports

Nayuki
As I come to remember more about the past, I come to realise that I often abandoned Nayuki in favour of Ayu, and that our relationship score must therefore be lower than I originally assumed. In order to rectify this, I have decided to pay more attention to Nayuki than I had originally intended, even going so far as to walk to school in order to bring her lunch.

Unfortunately, a grave miscalculation meant that I lost points when I left her notebook at school, but I immediately seized upon the opportunity to appear apologetic and offer to retrieve it straightaway. A late night walk to school in the freezing snow is nothing if it can increase my relationship score with a girl.

Makoto
After observing Makoto for a short time, I have come to realise that I do not need to tread carefully with her- after all, no matter what I do to her, where else can she go? With that in mind, I have taken on a harsher and more commanding attitude towards Makoto, relentlessly teasing her or ordering her around in an effort to instil the fact that I am her master.

Akiko
Opportunities to work on Akiko are still few and far between, but today I was able to win her over by carrying a sack of rice home- I am no fan of manual labour, but it does seem to be the way to open Akiko’s heart. I am also happy to note that she readily invited to come and visit us any time; the integration is proceeding more smoothly than I could have ever imagined.

Ayu
Today represented a big step in my relationship with Ayu, as I invited her home for the first time. Although Makoto seems a little reticent to bond with her, her cute loli-moe personality has already won over Akiko, and I am sure Nayuki will follow. Certainly she seems set to integrate smoothly with the main harem; I have yet to experience any of the jealousy problems that Hakuoro and Shirou describe.

Kaori
Although Kaori still seems reticent due to Nayuki’s prior claim, during today’s brief meeting I was able to learn that she has family issues. I am sure I can exploit this weakness in order to bring her closer to me.

Mai
On my trip back into school at night, I happened to notice Mai wielding a katana in the corridor. Could it be that she is into ‘special’ games? Whatever the case, I must find out.

Haha. I thought it was softener salt, not rice?

You’re probably right; I’ll just leave it as it is, though, the important thing was that Yuuichi was doing the manual labour 😉
