Orphe is laying flowers on his sister’s grave.
Orphe: Robertine, you broke my heart when you got engaged to Albert, and since then I’ve never been able to look at a woman in the same way. Thank goodness I had Ed to get me through the hard times.
Ed approaches.
Ed: Hey Orphe.
Orphe: Ed! How was your holiday?
Ed: My stepsisters and the Wicked Queen were at home- I hate being surrounded by so many women.
Orphe: It’s okay, Ed, we’ll be back at Rosenstolz soon.
Cut to Camus and his brother Leohart.
Camus: Brother, I’d like to thank you for letting me sleep with you again, just like we did when we were younger. It helped me get through the pain of being away from Lui.
Leohart: Any time, little brother. I get so lonely here by myself, deprived of screentime just because I’m not a full bishie.
Cut to Isaac.
Isaac: Beloved Orphe, all I ever wanted was to join your inner circle, but since I have been denied, I must find the men I need elsewhere- by joining the army!
Cut to Rosenstolz; the students are returning for a new term. After a joyous reunion, they head into assembly, only to discover that Barty is gone and a new headmaster, Bernard, has replaced him.
Bernard: As your new headmaster, I must inform you that there are going to be some changes around here from now on. Starting this term, all homosexual activities in this school are banned!
Unrest in the audience; Orphe stands up to protest. To be continued…
