Poor Zhang Fei- all he had to do in this episode was abstain from alcohol, and he couldn’t even manage that. Thankfully, he’s the sworn brother of Righteous Lord of Justice Liu Bei, so no matter what he does, he will always be forgiven.
Okay, I not talk about it lightly.
It’s moments like these when captions are almost (but not quite) superfluous.
A bit wine makes all things right.

Zhang Fei is actually only drinking water at this point, but he will turn to wine later in a hilariously stupid scene.
Note the ineffectual fist shaking.

Grammatical hilarity aside, just why does the moon appear to be on fire?
